Nick Aguirre Promoted to Foreman
Congratulations to Nick Aguirre, Ames Construction’s latest Foreman in Training (F.I.T.) graduate, and thank you to his mentors!
After eight years of dedication, hard work, and a commitment to safety, Nick has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to the Ames team.
He’s honed his skills on many types of heavy equipment while contributing to numerous Southwest projects, including Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway, Pinto Creek Bridge, Tonto Creek Bridge, and mining projects.
Currently, he’s playing a key role in helping the Ames team build a leach pad and solution corridor to support copper production at an Arizona mine. His unwavering work ethic and expertise have made a lasting impact, we’re proud of this milestone in his career.
Ames is committed to developing our greatest asset—our people—and we celebrate when they reach new levels of excellence.
