From the industries we serve to the processes and procedures we use to serve them, we remain mindful of our impact on the environment. Our history of environmental stewardship began with soil conservation projects at the company’s inception in 1962 and led to adopting the tagline: “Working in Harmony with Nature” as a declaration and reminder of our commitment to environmental issues.
Driven by client project goals, we devise and integrate innovative ways to conserve natural resources, combat pollution, eliminate waste and protect biodiversity, with the ultimate goal of protecting and sustaining our environment for future generations.
Community
We embrace civic responsibility.
In every Ames project location, we strive to leave the community better than when we arrive. We hire local workers and vendors, lend a hand with volunteerism, perform in-kind work where it’s needed, and provide monetary support to various organizations and charities.
Our “giving back” mindset includes educational support to advance and promote awareness of expanding opportunities within our industry and attract the next generation of talented professionals and skilled craftspeople. By actively participating in the public life of a community, we affirm our commitment to supporting and enhancing efforts for the common good.
