Justin Gabrielson Promoted to Ames Construction’s Chief Operating Officer
Ames Construction is pleased to announce that Justin Gabrielson has been promoted to Ames Construction’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This strategic decision is aimed at enhancing operational excellence, refining the delivery of construction solutions, and harmonizing our offices to better serve our people, clients, and communities. Justin has served as President of the Midwest and Southeast Regions since December 2021 with incredible dedication and leadership, and we are delighted to announce this promotion.
Justin joined Ames in 2003, and for the past 21 years, he has been integral in implementing and shaping decisions for the region that align with the company’s vision and mission. Justin is a valued and trusted advisor to Ames Construction and the Ames family. His deep knowledge of Ames and our people—and his commitment to putting people in an environment where they can succeed for themselves, their families, our clients, and the communities where we work—make him an excellent choice to continue the purposeful work ahead within Operations.
Justin will report directly to President & CEO Jerry Ouimet and serve as a key member of Ames’ executive leadership team. In this role, Justin will lead the Operations teams in each of our six offices with specific focus on the “doing work” portion of our business.
