Foreman in Training Program
Every day our crews work on major infrastructure projects across the country, including the Greensboro Randolph Megasite in North Carolina. Here, as at other sites, employees are encouraged to apply for our Foreman in Training Program. FIT provides trainees with opportunities to build and strengthen their skills and knowledge and puts them on the path to becoming an Ames Construction site foreman and leader.
