Ames Construction and IUOE Local 49 teamed up to host high schoolers at the Operating Engineers Pathway event in October.

Minnesota students and parents got hands-on with heavy equipment at Ames’ state-of-the-art maintenance facility in Rosemount, Minn. The students participate in Local 49’s Operating Engineers Pathway program.

“The next generation needs to hear about these amazing career opportunities and the amazing people that build America. Ames is happy and humbled to open our doors and show them what the industry has to offer,” said Tim Ames, Midwest Operations Manager at Ames Construction.
