Ken Burton Promoted to Foreman

Congratulations to Ken Burton, Ames’ latest Foreman in Training (F.I.T.) graduate. Ken works with Ames crews building 50,000 feet of pipeline in Bagdad, Arizona.

With his ranching background and work ethic, Ken excelled in the F.I.T. program. Through the program, Ken learned more about Ames’ culture, how to be leader, how to introduce new team members to the mining industry, and striving for improvement.

We also extend a big thank you to his mentor, Ames Pipe Superintendent Brian LaFramboise.

Ames is committed to developing our greatest asset—our people—and we celebrate when they reach new levels of excellence. Way to go, Ken!
