Arizona APWA Honors Ames Construction with 2024 Project of the Year Award
Congrats to Ames Construction’s Arizona team!
The SR 189: International Border to Grand Avenue project in Nogales received a 2024 Project of the Year Award (transportation over $75 million category) from the Arizona chapter of the American Public Works Association.
The project modernized SR 189 from the Mariposa Port of Entry at the Mexico border to Interstate 19.
Thank you to our partner Horrocks Engineers and project owner Arizona Department of Transportation for a successful design-build improvement project.
